The website features images of VIM’s various warehouses and captures the atmosphere in the workplace. In addition, there are testimonials from current employees, who share their experiences at VIM. This allows potential candidates to get a good idea of the culture and work environment at VIM.
The new careers website is available in both Dutch and English and can be viewed on all mobile devices. The website provides a clear overview of the latest job openings at VIM. Candidates can apply directly for the desired position and are then efficiently guided through the application process.
VIM is confident that this new website will help them attract the right candidates for their job openings. “We are excited about this new step and hope to attract a lot of talent to strengthen our team,” says Marjon Jacobs.
