Last month, VIM officially opened another warehouse. The company, a logistics service provider in the fashion, sport and lifestyle sectors, has grown again in the past year. In order to be able to grow further with the ambitions of its customers and also to provide space to new customers, VIM has expanded its warehouse capacity.
In addition to the existing logistics warehouses in Tegelen and Swalmen of 40,000 m², VIM now has a second warehouse location in Swalmen with a floor area of 1,000 m². This new warehouse is located near VIM’s current warehouse, so the warehouses can work together efficiently and effectively.
‘At VIM we emphasize our relationship with our customers as a partnership; We can only be successful, if our customers are. Therefore, to enable them to grow and achieve their commercial and operational goals, we need to be flexible and ‘ready’ to go. In this context and our own ambition to continue our growth, we have opened an extra warehouse.’ explains Thirsa de Boer, Manager Sales & Business Development VIM.
In addition to the Netherlands as a destination market, this strategically located location also offers plenty of opportunities for reliable European distribution for fashion, sports and lifestyle suppliers.
